Configuration service

We can configure an expressive voice, tune character presentation and validate the result against your intended audience. Include language, conversational style, reference examples and channel requirements in the brief.

Creator-based voices

For a creator-based character, agree the rights, approved uses, sample requirements and intended distribution with the creator. The training and voice configuration approach is scoped separately from a generic character setup.

Sample duration and quality requirements vary with the selected voice workflow; we confirm those requirements before collection.

Processing workflow

1. Agree the target character and voice brief.
2. Prepare and review the required recordings.
3. Submit the configured processing workflow.
4. Check readiness and review representative samples.
5. Assign the approved voice to the character.
6. Validate live calls and recorded voice messages.

Operational changes

Version voice changes and keep a reference sample for comparison. Test new configurations before changing a voice used by existing customers. Coordinate any rollback with the character configuration and speech model settings.
